Having moved to Austin over 6 years ago, the thing I miss most about the midwest is the season of autumn. whilst visiting my family in Kalamazoo we visited Tudor House Tea and picked up a couple ounces of the Autumn Apple.
I liked it so much that I ordered 4 more ounces delivered to my home in Texas. The apple, cardamom, and cinnamon brings back memories of colored leaves and a brisk breeze. Whenever I'm feeling home sick I make a batch of this.

Just like the headline says, this tea tastes very much like hot apple cider. There's not a whole lot of actual tea leaves in it, it's mostly apple and spices. The benefit to that is that it makes a great afternoon or evening tea since there's less caffeine. And who doesn't want cider without all the sugar and calories? Yum!
